Capacity Overview:
- Up to 60 guests in the meeting suite under the Loft
- Up to 300 in the main Event Space
- Up to 375 in the entire venue.

Pricing
Corporate events often need weekday space — and Willow Haven was built with that in mind. We offer dedicated Monday–Thursday availability for business meetings, trainings, and company events, giving you the flexibility most venues don’t.
Weekday Daytime (8am – 4pm): $350 for up to 4 hours | $500 for up to 6 hours
Weekday Nighttime (5pm – 10pm): $550 for up to 4 hours | $750 for up to 6 hours
Monitors included for Presentation casting.
